The name "ArthAI", the logo, tagline "अर्थ समझो" and all associated branding are proprietary and may not be used, copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArthAI and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform or reliance on any analysis provided. This includes but is not limited to financial loss, legal disputes or adverse outcomes arising from document decisions made based on ArthAI's output.

ArthAI uses third party services including Anthropic (AI processing), Google Cloud (OCR and storage), and Resend (email delivery). Your use of ArthAI is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third party services beyond our use of their APIs.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of ArthAI shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
